We’re excited to introduce our new referral program! When you refer a friend, both of you will receive $25 in loyalty points (500 points) after their first purchase.
Here’s how it works:
- Share your unique referral link from your loyalty wallet.
- Once your friend signs up and completes their first purchase, you’ll both earn 500 points.
- Please note: Points are typically awarded within 48 hours after their purchase is completed.

1. How do I refer a friend?
To refer a friend, follow these steps:
a. Log in to your loyalty wallet here: https://3414.w.alpineiq.com/a/login
b. Once logged in, click the social icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
c. Tap the button to copy your referral link.
d. Share your referral link with friends via text, email, or social media!
2. What will my friend see when they click the referral link?
When your friend clicks your referral link:
a. They’ll be taken to a sign-up form (they may be asked to verify they're not a robot).
b. They’ll need to fill out all fields and check the box to join our loyalty program.
c. Once they click Sign Up, they’ll see a confirmation popup. If they stay on the page, they’ll be automatically redirected to our website.
3. Does my friend need to do anything else after signing up?
Yes—this part is important!
a. For both of you to earn referral points, your friend (the person signing up) must log in to their new loyalty account before placing their first order (whether online or in-store).
b. This is the only way our system can connect the referral and apply rewards.
c. After the order is completed, rewards will be issued within 24 hours.
Note: The referral process must be completed online using the steps above. Accounts created in-store are not eligible for referral rewards.
4. Can I see how many friends I've referred or who they are?
At this time, referral history is not visible in your loyalty account. While our team can access referral data internally, it isn’t currently available on the customer side.
