How to Enroll

Online Checkout
- When customers reach the checkout page online, they have the option to checkout as a guest, sign up for an account, or log into an existing account.

In-Store via Budtender
- When you and your budtender begin the checkout process, let them know you are interested in being enrolled into our loyalty program. They will ask you to provide a phone number and/or email address.

Online - Guest Checkout
- Fill out all fields; after entering phone number and/or email (and clicking out of the field) a new section appears to connect to rewards (loyalty program) under the payment section.
- Choosing to sign up will result in a pop-up asking for consent to join.
- After providing consent points balance section will replace the consent popup.
Sign Up / Log In
- Click the desired link to log in (existing customer) or sign up (new customer).
- Fill out all fields.
- After signing up or logging in the checkout page will refresh and show which email (account) you are logged in as. It will also show a new section just underneath that asks to Connect to Rewards.
- After you click to initiate the connection, the section will change to display a field for a code to be entered that is sent to the phone number associated with your account.
- Once you enter the code that was sent, it will indicate whether the connection was successful and then recommend scrolling down to the rewards section to see your available points balance and redemption options. (If you are newly signed up, you will not have any points – but you did at least successfully create an account and enroll for loyalty).
