If you didn’t receive the confirmation text, it may be due to your cell carrier’s regulations or message filtering. To manually opt in, simply text JOIN to +18137380231, and you’ll be enrolled in the loyalty program. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible products. For example, a $170.16 order earns 170 points.
Can I redeem my points on any purchase?
Yes, you can redeem points on all products, including merchandise and accessories. Points cannot be used for taxes, fees, or shipping charges.
How can I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed in-store or online in the following increments:
• 100 points = $5 off
• 200 points = $10 off
• 300 points = $15 off
• 400 points = $20 off
• 500 points = $25 off
• 1000 points = $50 off
To redeem online, ensure you're logged into your account during checkout.
How long do my points last?
Points expire 365 days after your last purchase. For example, if you buy something on March 31, 2025, your points will be valid until March 31, 2026. Making another purchase will extend the expiration by another 365 days from the latest transaction.
The order I am going to make will bring me to 300 points. Can I earn those points and redeem them in the same transaction?
No, you cannot earn and redeem points simultaneously. Points can only be either earned or redeemed, not both at once.
When will my points show up in my account?
Points typically appear in your loyalty balance within 24 hours after your purchase. If you are still missing points, it is likely that your phone number or email on your account was not used when checking out at the store. It's imperative that your budtender makes sure your transaction is recorded with your correct phone number or email.
How do I apply loyalty points to my online order?
When you go to check out to complete placing an order, there is a section that will display your available discounts and available loyalty redemption tiers after you provide the associated phone number and email address for your loyalty account.
What should I do if my contact information changes?
It’s your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. Please update your email, phone number, or other contact details promptly to continue receiving rewards and updates.
Can I redeem points at different dispensary locations?
Yes, customers can earn and redeem points across all NY locations.
Note for Seasonal Residents: It is important to note that any discounts or loyalty benefits applicable in our Florida locations are not transferable or redeemable at our New York locations. Similarly, purchases made in New York locations are not eligible for loyalty accrual in Florida.
