Program Overview

Signing up is easy! Simply opt into our loyalty program during checkout either in-store or online, and start earning points immediately.

Eligibility

To accrue and redeem loyalty points, customers must be enrolled in our loyalty program.

• Customers will not earn points for orders or visits at the store until after they confirm their signup (also referred to as a double opt-in). From that point forward points will be accrued based on purchase activity.

• To sign up, you will need to provide your phone number and email address.

• Our loyalty program is available to individuals who are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase cannabis in New York.

• You must have a valid government-issued ID to make purchases at our dispensaries.

Points Accrual & Redemption

• You will earn reward points with every eligible purchase. Every dollar spent = 1 point. 100 points = $5 off your next purchase. Note: points are not accrued on taxes.

  • $170.16 order total = 170 points

• Points can be redeemed in the following increments at any Flowery New York locations. Only one redemption tier per transaction.

  • 100 points = $5 off
  • 200 points = $10 off
  • 300 points = $15 off
  • 400 points = $20 off
  • 500 points = $25 off
  • 600 points = $30 off
  • 700 points = $35 off
  • 800 points = $40 off
  • 900 points = $45 off
  • 1,000 points = $50 off

• Redemptions apply to all products and brands, including merchandise and accessories.

• Points cannot be both earned and redeemed within the same transaction.

• Recent purchases will not reflect in your loyalty account immediately upon the transaction(s) being completed. Please allow 24 hours to see newly accrued points depicted in your loyalty points balance.

Eligible Purchases

Loyalty points are earned based on the total amount spent on eligible products and services, excluding any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges. Points will be calculated only on the pre-tax purchase amount. Tax amounts are not eligible for loyalty point accrual.

Redeeming Points

Every 100 points you accumulate can be redeemed for $5 off your next purchase. Points can be redeemed both in-store and online. To redeem points online, you must be logged into your account during checkout.

Points can only be used on qualifying purchases, and cannot be applied to taxes, fees, or shipping charges.

Account Management

• Track Your Points: There are a few ways to view your balance. In-store you can ask your budtender, online you can view it on the checkout page, or online you can also access your Web Wallet.

• Account Information: It’s your responsibility to keep your account information up-to-date, including your contact information. If your account details change, please update them promptly to continue receiving rewards and updates.

Points Expiration & Inactivity

• Points expire after 365 days of no purchase activity.

  • If a customer purchases on 03/31/2025, then their entire points balance will remain available until 03/31/2026. However, if the customer makes another purchase on 04/15/2025 – then the expiration date updates to reflect 365 days from that newest purchase date.

Program Modifications and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. If the program is terminated, any unused points will be forfeited.

• In the event of program changes, we will notify members via email or through our website.

Privacy & Data Collection

• By participating in the loyalty program, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data.

• Your personal information will be used to track your points, process redemptions, and communicate with you about promotions, new products, and program updates.
