We’re excited to introduce our new rewards program, designed to give back to our loyal customers. Starting now, every time you shop with us, you’ll earn 5% back on every purchase! It’s simple: (for example) spend $100, get $5 credited to your account, ready to use on your next visit.

Here’s how it works:

• Automatic Enrollment: The moment we scan your state ID for your first purchase in-store, you’re automatically enrolled in the program. No additional steps required!
• 5% Back on Every Purchase: Earn 5% of your purchase total as store credit. This credit can be used just like cash on any future purchase, including products, devices, and merchandise. No restrictions!
• Redeem In-Store: Simply let our team members know that you’d like to use your rewards, and you can choose to apply part or all of your available credit.
• Spend Like Cash: There are no limitations on how you use your credit. Whether you're buying flower, concentrates, or accessories, it's yours to spend!
• View Your Balance: Credit balance will be printed on your receipt after each purchase and can be viewed by our team members in-store. Please note, credits are not available for online or delivery orders currently – only redeemable in-store.
• Rounding Policy: All credit redemptions will be rounded to even dollar amounts (e.g., if you have $5.50, you can use $5 towards your next purchase).

 Additional Details

• Expiration: Your credits will expire 1 year from the date they are earned, so don’t forget to use them before they’re gone!
• No Retroactive Credits: Existing customers will be enrolled automatically on their next purchase, but credits are not applied retroactively to previous purchases.

It is important to note that any discounts or loyalty benefits applicable in our Florida locations are not transferable or redeemable at our New York locations. Similarly, purchases made in New York locations are not eligible for loyalty accrual in Florida.
