Promotion Details 

• Judge kits become available on Friday, November 14 across New York State. 
• The judging timeframe is from November 14 to January 7. 
• The judging deadline is January 7, and winners are announced at the awards show on January 24. 
• Judge Kits include a variety of cannabis products entered into the competition across multiple categories. These kits are an exclusive opportunity to sample and evaluate top-tier cannabis.
• It’s “People’s Choice” edition: the public of New York will act as the judges for the competition. 

• The event covers many product categories including Indica Flower, Sativa Flower, Hybrid Flower, Pre-rolls, Infused Pre-rolls, Distillate Vape Pens, Non-distillate Vape Pens, Edibles and Beverages. 

  

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility
   1. Customers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government–issued photo ID. 

   2. Visit your nearest Flowery store and text FLOWERY to 420420, then follow the prompts. Once you provide the requested information, you’ll receive a link to register as a Judge through the Cannabis Cup Judging Portal. After that, show the link to your budtender, who will help you place your order for the Judge Kit. Your Kit will include a Judge Code, which you’ll use to complete your registration.

   3. Each customer is limited to one (1) Judge Kit per category. Availability is on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. 
2. Product Availability 
   1. High Times Judge Kits are available for purchase in-store only at participating dispensary locations. 
   2. Judge kits cannot be purchased online, delivered, or reserved. 
   3. Inventory is limited and may vary by location. The Flowery NY reserves the right to adjust availability without notice. 
3.  Payment Terms
   1. All purchases must be completed in-store at the time of sale. 
   2. To finalize a transaction, customers must present proof of registration as a Cannabis Cup Judge (text or email confirmation). 
4. Refunds & Returns
   1. All sales of High Times Judge Kits are final. 
   2. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted once the sale has been completed. 

1. Compliance
   1. By purchasing a Judge Kit, the customer acknowledges and agree to comply with all applicable state and local laws governing cannabis use, possession, and transport. 
2. Product Use
   1. Judge Kits are intended solely for personal evaluation purposes as part of the High Times Cannabis Cup competition. 
   2. Consumption should be conducted responsibly and in accordance with New York State Law. 
   3. The Flowery is not responsible for the use, sharing, or redistribution of products  purchased within Judge Kits. 
3. Limitation of Liability 
   1. Participation in the Cannabis Cup is at the customer’s own risk. 
   2. The Flowery NY shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, product use, or event involvement.
